Our decorative daisy babouche slippers are skilfully handmade in a small workshop on the outskirts of Marrakech using age-old traditional techniques and the simplest of hand tools.
The leather is first hand dyed and left to dry under the hot Moroccan sun. Skilled female artisans then delicately cut the 70s inspired floral daisy pattern, revealing the natural leather underneath.
Our classic pointed toe slipper shoes have a firm leather sole which allows them to be worn outside in dry conditions as well as indoors. These slippers are more durable than our soft-soled, round-toe babouche, making them a perfect choice for homes with tiled or rough wooden floors.
